I signed up with BDPT after a recommendation from a family member and I wasn't disappointed. I took up regular pt's over the covid period to keep on top of my mental health. Along with a great training plan Dan really made sure my technique was on point first, then focused on meal planning & prep. Im not only stronger mind wise but my body strength is up there as well.I've now started the TTZ classes and I love the variety you get. The classes are small and the trainers always focus on keeping your technique stong and make sure your sweating and sore! (Good hurt!)Its a great facility that's got really friendly and helpful staff.

I have been at the basement gym since the new owner Brad Davis took over, it is such a friendly gym and I have never felt more comfortable and secure in the gym before. Everyone is so lovely. It’s not a huge gym, but it is perfect for all needs and really does the job ofc 👏🏽 Highly recommend, definitely my favourite gym I’ve been too.

The basement gym is really great place for training. The trainers and managers are always professionally welcome and really friendly. I'm always getting support there when needed. I highly recommend the basement to everyone. Its always clean and I give it a 5 star rating its change my life. Thanks Sarah and Brad keep up the good work.🙂

The Basement Gym is a wonderful to place to train at. The management and trainers are fun, positive and very lively to be around everytime. Brad and Sarah are always there to assist and very awesome managers. The Basement gym is very clean and the members are very friendly and awesome to be around. The staff just make it like my second home. If your looking for a fun, positive vibe and honest opinion training the Basement is the place to in everyone. 😘

The best team of Personal trainers and staff.The gym has a family friendly vibe with amazing support wether you are new to health and fitness or at an advanced level.With the gym specialising in personal training there is always a personal trainer around to help out with any questions!

This hidden gym is a HIDDEN GEM. Smaller sized but has everything you need. Group fitness room with door for privacy when training. Back door access to the Peel Thunder oval is great for running laps or outdoor training with a breeze. Trainers are friendly and experienced. Underrated gym.

Basement gym has an awesome vibe with a great, knowledgeable team of passionate personal trainers. Cannot recommend these gyms and their gym more highly. Team BDPT!

Such an awesome gym. When you walk in, you can feel the positive vibes. Everyone is so polite & non judgemental - which I love! The gym is always kept clean and every one respects everyone. Equipment is always clean. People in the gym are always happy and very welcoming.

I couldn't recommend BDPT Basement Gym enough! The environment Brad Davis has cultivated there and the energy/ knowledge behind all the trainers is fantastic! 4 weeks into a 12 week challenge, I feel better, whats in my fridge is totally different. The BDPT team is so approachable, supportive and knowledgeable. As a busy working mum, they have made it so easy to get going in the gym and get nutrition on track.

I've personally known Brad Davis, the owner of Basement Gym for many years know, through the fitness industry. After being in the industry for over 24 years now, you pretty quickly get to know those who are at the top. Brad Davis & his entire team are the best at what they deliver in terms of results, service and an environment where you know they care about you as a person and member. If you are considering a place to start training, STOP! You have now found it. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Hands down, the best gym I have been too.Everyone there is so so helpful and support you so much through your life changing journey.The personal trainers are amazing and really know there stuff, so you know your getting the best treatment. I’m so happy I made the decision to join the BDPT team.

I highly recommend BDPT Basement gym as I found it easy to go there as I struggle with anxiety but with the help of the couches it has become a place I go everyday now and loving it.
